Kashmiri delight just like those Swiss dishes come with flavor, aroma, sweetness, milk, nuts and meat. Stuffs like nuts, raisins, decorative mughal teapots, and not to forget saffron. And there are those typical Kshmiri stuffs that are not found anywhere else like the Kangri, a charcoal heater that can be kept in the jacket (animal fur ones).
