Meeting of the Warlords

Throughout Europe history is celebrated in various forms. None other more so than in Hungary, where there is a gathering held every year of the offspring of the Huns and Magyars. Not only Hungary, people of the Turanian/Iranian origin such as Bulgar, Khazars, Nogai and Volga Tartars.

Each year different tribes in the fields where the horsemen of the horde once rode to celebrate their glorious past. They bring out their horses, weapons and armory. Horse archery is a very popular nomad sport, their compound made from wood and fiber from bones to provide the reflex action of a recurve bow.

I wonder how such a festival can be beneficial to a country such as India that has so many ancient warlike cultures?
