Pseudo science is not science

There has been a picture circulating on the internet lately. It is about a claim that some religions have proved that evolution happened and might even be happening. This problem with this concept is that, pseudo science, such as this looks upon evolution simply as a process where the original idea of the myths are modified to suit the person of choice and the choice of the statement. Not to mention putting human beings the highest form of organization. Sure, previous thinkers might have thought of the transition of power that had been passed on to humans from animals. The animals too inherited this from the more primitive gods, ghosts and spirits.

The animals that have been taken to consideration are mythical, but I donot want to stress on that. Let us, for the time being think of these animals as normal ones. They are not transition phases, rather the ends of branches on the evolutionary tree. The major argument is that these creatures and these stories never ever spoke of evolution, or transition of one animal to another. Each animal chosen for the needs of the time and based on the religious fervor of the period. Lastly, the animals are based more on astrology and position of stars in that historic/mythical period rather than evolution.
