A commoner was killed by Indian cops in the city of Ahmedabad where the deceased was shot while he made to go through the reenactment of the whole scene.

A report by Times of India reads.

The reconstruction was video-graphed and duly endorsed by several witnesses whose statements are now part of the CBI chargesheet against 20 accused persons, including former minister of state for home Amit Shah. The chargesheet, which was filed in September 2012, has been made available by the court only earlier this week.
