Ideally the best way to control sex related violence is by legalizing prostitution. However, in a country such as India where the underground flesh trade is already taking a hefty toll, it is easy to say a legalized prostitution will increase the woes of the poorer people.
An easy solution of the youth who are suffering for sexual frustration, who may be failing in relationship is giving them the thing everyone needs, in another way. As for people who talk about morality in 'loving' a toy, it is important to make it clear to them that the OBJECTIVE is more important now than being a moral heathen, the objective being - stopping abuse of women, even if that makes men and women enjoying their sex life while being away from each other.
As far as 'love' it concerned let me tell you that more Indian die because of domestic violence than terrorist attacks. Had it been 'love' that arranged our marriages and relationships the scenario would have been different.
