The Land of Dalaran, Part I

This war had brought us a lot of knowledge about the people and life in Dalaran. This land was that of plenty, yet people somehow are not seen or exploited this, no wonder the Earl wants to grab Dalaran in the name of this war. It is my duty now to protect all these place. There are lots of challenges that lie ahead.

The city of Nerisella:

This city is situated beyond the plains and on the hills of Dalaran. The maternal uncle of the princess rules this city as regent. There are six towers which work as protection and grain storage and also as the palace of the regent. These towers were built almost two hundred years ago and rebuilt many times. The rest of the city is a collection of mud brick houses and few stone buildings with thatched hay roofs.

Nerisella undoubtedly would be the prime target of the Earl now that the capital city of Dalaran has fallen. I have send word to the princess's uncle of my arrival and our war to save Ana Yak Ash of the Durians.

Forest of Nakul:

Nakul is a forest known for its dense fig trees. Many animals dwell in these forests and are hunted for their meat. The barbarian races have a meat diet and hence rely on the forest for food, they clear out any infestation in the forest and will slay anyone who tries to take over it. The Earl's army had destroyed much of the orcish and goblin encampments near the forest and take over the lumber to build their war machines.

The barbarian town of Yarpidog:

This town at the foothill of mount Oar is independent but still pays tribute to the house of Dalaran. Dalaran likewise treats the native Yarpis as their allies. Every Solstice, a great feast is held on the streets, warriors raid and loot civilized villages and 'collect' their dues of meat, wine and women. The Barbarian king doesnot mind calling his people as dogs and they cherish it. The hereditary rule of the Yar clan has lasted for centuries and the town is prosperous. The inherent qualities of the Yarpis however couldnot convert this thriving town to a metropolis.

Small Mori towns:

The small Mori towns are a group of villages around the Lush lake on the northern and southern
shores of river Tomok. The villages were founded by the rulers of Dalaran to feed the population of the city. However, a devastating drought forced the people of Dalaran to leave the city and travel to the villages which began to grow. Out of these Mori is the biggest with population of four thousand and a citadel of aristocrats. Fishes, wheat and vegetables are the main product of Mori.

When Dalaran fell the mayor of Mori gave asylum to the princess of Dalaran. The spies of the Earl had the mayor assassinated and the council of the elders sent the princess's family away. It is very important that I 'convince' the council to help me since they hold supplies to Dalaran. I have already sent a scouting team and access the defenses around the area.

After discussions with my generals I ate some fruits and retired to my camp for sleep.
